Both the main and the auxiliary materials are tested at the Test and Analysis Laboratories of American Siding Quality Directorate before the production begins.
The inputs are selected using sampling method, exposed to ash, moisture, density, particle size and color analysis tests, reviewed based on acceptance criteria, and produced only after these steps are passed successfully.
Vinyl Siding that is produced on the fully-automated Co-Ex machines is subjected to visual color comparison under artificial light and sun light, weight control, curvature-deformity inspection, length and thickness tests every 30 minutes by the experienced quality control personnel in line with ASTM 3679 American Standards and TS 10883 Turkish Standards.
In addition to the quality control processes during the production, the outputs are subjected to impact resistance, heat shrinkage, linear expansion coefficient, weather resistance, brightness and smoothness and moreover color and appearance permeability tests based on ASTM D7856 in the fully equipped Test and Analysis Laboratories.
Before loading process is initiated, an approval is taken after quality control team conducts TS 7081 package and label controls, storage height controls.
